[NLRS] Interesting: KP 10ghz beacon signal is huge this morning

Very interesting Jim, thanks for sharing.   Keep some notes (if  your not 
already) and forward them to Dave, KP, sometime ...... Dave is doing a  
presentation on "Twin Cities Microwave Beacons" and info like this can be used  to 
"salt" the presentation .... people are interested in this sort of  stuff.     
I've got to run, but if someone could grab the  NWS upper air profile (the wx 
balloon data), it may show an inversion (albeit  their data is coarse).
