[NLRS] NLRS web site updates re the spam

    No doubt about the spam... I have noticed spam through several lists 
i maintain have doubled or trippled in the last few weeks.. Talking to 
my friend that administers the server that I am on(with many other  
sites)..    The primary spam blocker blocks MANY  THOUSANDS of messages 
a DAY....!!!!  He figures that without the primary blocker running that 
the server could be crashed or severly limited just by spam-mail flow...
Its Crazy......
