[NLRS] NLRS web site updates re the spam

My email account at work receives about 6000 messages a DAY of spam, and 
few, perhaps 5(+-1) sneak through. At work we used to use mailsweeper before 
outsourcing to postini(cost is a buck or two per user per month).


It seems that email is free but the tax is paying to increase the signal to 
noise ratio.

if you only get a few hundred, consider yourself lucky....
