Remember, the NLRS is more a state of mind than a place :-).  If you're
reading this reflector and want one, get one!

In general, the NLRS really covers about a 7 state/2 province area.  You
need not be from the Twin Cities or Minnesota.

Be proud of your NLRS-ness, get a shirt :-)  .  Yes, you might have to
spring for shipping, but even with shipping, the shirts are pretty
reasonably priced.
