[NLRS] states above vucc's qls's etc

Now that I have been turning on the rig more lately I am hoping to be a bit 
more active this fall.  I plan to operate more in EN43 and 44 for the fall 
sprints in order to get my states above count up.  Additionally I have discovered
(thanks to some recent rover efforts...) that I have enough credits for vucc's on 
2304,3456,5760 and 10G.  I will try to contact some of you directly for qsl's.  If 
any of you need cards from me (prior roves .. EN43 or whatever) please let me know
so we can help each other out.  Thanks for the bandwidth and activating those grids!
