[NLRS] NLRS Polo Shirt order open through Sept 1st

Hello NLRS members:

Some of you saw the conference staff wearing these snazzy NLRS polo shirts.
Now they are available to ALL NLRS members!  They are priced reasonably at
"cost".

While they won't have the "STAFF" indication on the sleeve, they look
great.  Show off your NLRS-ness with one of these polo shirts.

I want to move things right along, so get your orders in by Sept 1st and I
