[NLRS] Plans for SBMS 2.3 & Up Contest.

Any plans on Saturday for _when_ we will try to make the Qs? Morning, 
lunchtime, after Au06, some other time during the day? Just trying to plan 
out the day...

Not sure about Sunday...Anniversary that day, but will see what can be 
arranged.
