[NLRS] Plans for SBMS 2.3 & Up Contest.

I'd suggest mid-morning, 9-11AM? Don't want to do it during the
afternoon programs. And probably don't want to do it after 5PM because
it will interfere with the supper meeting.... And we're all pretty
hungry by then. <g>

I'd suggest setup in the south-west area of the parking lot, near where
we drive in, to be away from the antenna measuring. If you send people
off-site for the 1KM distance, going down around Hwy61 and County Road E
would be about the right distance. I think there is a fairly unused
parking lot right in the south-west corner of the intersection where
you'll get a lot of attention from people driving by.... It isn't a
line-of-sight path, but at only 1KM, it shouldn't have to be. Or if you
setup on the north edge of the lot down toward the church end, you could
send people to the shopping center north on Hwy 61 across the small
lake. Still not line of sight but maybe better.
