[NLRS] Antennas by Kraus

Thanks for the comments and suggestions guys.  We'll check it out.

For this particular book, there appears to be an international version
which comes in soft cover and no colored pictures.  I guess I'd be Ok
with that but my buddy wants the hard cover, full monty version I guess.
I think he might have to pay the price for his high-end tastes :-)
