To re-iterate John's comment, abebooks.com is a place to start. HOWEVER, be careful on price. Sometimes the prices are just plain silly.
I've been selectively collecting the 1965 reprints of the MIT Radiation Lab series. ALL the fundamentals of VHF/UHF & up RF. Many sites have had the books for $100 - $200 each volume... and there's 24 volumes ! I haven't paid more than $30 per book for the ones I've collected. A couple were only $10.
Likewise, I was looking for Southworth's 'Principals of Waveguide Transmission.' Cheapest the abebooks.com people had it was about $300. Not a chance ! I used the copy at the Minneapolis Public Library for a year or so until I finally found it on e-bay for $40 plus $3.95 Priority Mail. (Last time it had been checked out from the Library was 1967 !!!)
Don't know how well the web will work for new books. Good luck !
