Many sites have had the books for $100 - $200 each volume... and there's 24 volumes ! I haven't paid more than $30 per book for the ones I've collected. A couple were only $10.

I used the copy at the Minneapolis Public Library for a year or so until I finally found it on e-bay for $40 plus $3.95 Priority Mail. (Last time it had been checked out from the Library was 1967 !!!)

Some times Powells has been good. Sometimes Amazon under used has been
good.

The book is fairly good though I didn't find it as thorough as the first
edition though it is more readable. I just returned ISU's copy yesterday
which I had with me for the past two weeks while traveling.

Likely the "international" edition is a Chinese knockoff sans copyright.
They save by not paying the copyright owner, by shrinking the page size,
and by printing only in black and white. They often can be identified by
not having a copyright page up front and a bit of Chinese writing just a
page or two inside the back cover.

A few years ago Toronto Surplus had some original MIT Rad lab volumes. I
think the whole set of more recent than 1965 reprints are still
available from England for under $300 but I've not looked lately. I
already have the volumes I'm interested in, bought for a buck or two at
the local surplus store which has now forgotten its surplus roots.
