[NLRS] EN45 - more rover "starter" sites

I have operated three contests from the following site in EN45. I'm not
saying its great. It was close to the grid corner which gave me short
travel times to EN35. It's remote so there is not much traffic. I look
forward to Jim's inputs for an improvement on this site. I have worked
into the TC on 2.3 and I thought I did 10G too but maybe not.
What's bad about the following spot is that you are on a diagonal road and
pointing to known directions is tougher than you'd think. For instance
because of terrain and trees, 903 and 1.2 are tougher to Eau Claire than
would be nice.
Spot I used was 45N 1.623' 91W 59.542'
All of these are according to Street Atlas USA. Not sure what my DeLorme
book would say.
Go north on 79. Go past County J. Take next right which is (supposedly)
950th Ave.
Go 3/4 of a mile and it T's in 330th St. Take a left (north) and go 1/4
mile. Road should be running northeasterly now. If you go up the hill
with the road running east, then you've gone too far. Pulloffs on both
sides. Sometimes I'm able to actually pull into the field on the north
side.
Gladly looking for better spots. Glen, is this sufficient for your
database or is there another format?
