[NLRS] EN45 - more rover "starter" sites

Jon, I'll be scouting out the EN45, EN44 locations North of Menomenie, WI on 
Saturday morning after the NLRS breakfast and submit the scouting report to 
Glen's "Upper Midwest Regional rover operating sites" web page.

We need more "starter sites" listed in this NLRS rover resource for newbies 
and those of us who haven't roved these areas recently.

Sounds like we have a similar route in mind.
