[NLRS] SBMS 2GHz and Up Contest

Hi guys.  Not sure I will be up and running for this.

I am in the middle of the shack rebuild and things are still not too kosher. 
I may be able to get the 5 and 10 Ghz bands going, but that may be it.  I 
had things tore apart again after doing the the tests with the SDR for the 
presentation up there last weekend at AU05 and the kids have not given me 
the time yet to put it back together :)

Good to see everyone last weekend at AU05, it was lots of fun.  Thanks for 
all that were involved for getting it online.
