Not sure how the bands will be but I the weekend is open and I plan to rove
around saturday and perhaps sunday with 2304 and 3456 (only bands working at
this time). Last year for the UHF test 2304 rocked! With a lower dewpoint in
April - hard to say what to expect. I have a few sites in 4 different grids
down here that are 10 mi apart so it should be too hard making multiple qso's.
I also plan on having 144.260 going for liason. Really don't have too much to
do to get ready for this one. If anyone else is interested pse post your
preferred hours of activity and I will use that info for my operation. I also
have another complete station for 3456 as well - so perhaps there could be two
stations down here QRV on that band. I believe this is a great opportunity to
test the gear before the microwave sprint. May also throw 1296 on the rover
just for testing - 1296 for liason? That would be different!

Matt
