Thanks Larry,
The REA was good for rural areas, but I agree with you that BPL is currently a technology
who's time has not come. The losses per mile are too great, which result
in great RFI. At a repeater every 300 feet under current technology and at $800 per repeater,
then the only way rural areas will get BPL is with a subsidy. I hope it doesn't come to that.
