[NLRS] 5 & 10GHz Rain scatter Q's to IL from MN

Glad to see the reflector is back up.

Some of you may have seen this on another reflector but I thought
I'd post it here also

On Sat night around 10pm I noticed a storm cell with red tops moving across
La Crosse so I called N4PZ in EN52 in IL and we made rain scatter contacts
on 5.7 and 10Ghz Very strong signals on 10ghz and Q5 signals on 5.7Ghz. 

Steve then called W9ZIH and Ron and I hooked up on 144.260 and then did Q's
on 5.7 and 10 Ghz Ron is in EN51 also in IL.

So I got a new state and 2 new grids.

You guys in area states keep your eyes on the weather moving across between
us and let us up here in the Twin Cities know if you want to try rain
scatter.
