Hi Gang:

Jon is right, the program year just ended. But a new one has begun. No
new rules are planned for the new year. The big thing is PARTICIPATE!
It's easy, no QSL's are required. You do your best to determine a guy's
state. Sure, if you can get him to say it, that's best, but if it
doesn't happen, you do your best to determine and that's good enough.
Really, this is just a mechanism (to have fun and) to track your
activity from year to year. You can go back into your logs over the
past year and build your entry now--even if you weren't tracking it
actively during the year.

Sure, there are forms on the web and it's best if you fill them out and
mail them to me. I will however accept other manners of submitting the
information electronically. Some have created their own XCEL
spreadsheets. Some create text files. What I'm getting at is I will
accept electronic submissions providing I can easily view the same
information that is on the official forms. I enjoy looking over the
entries and seeing the callsigns worked on the different bands.

Those of you with REAL GOOD totals may be in the running for a placque.
To compete for the placque, I prefer to have the entries by 20 July
2004--although delivered to me in Toronto at the Conference is
acceptable.

My snail address is on the instructions page just email me if you have
questions.
