[NLRS] Correct date for the January VHF Sweepstakes (17-18)

wohhh.. whats going on here.......  Why is the 24-26 wrong.. 

its the weekend before the super bowl, just like it has always been...

man... i have Vacation scheduled for then.... better be right...

I thought i read somewhere. QST is wrong...
