[NLRS] Correct date for the January VHF Sweepstakes (17-18)

Yea, I thought that this was a week later than usual, but it is the weekend
before the Super Bowl ..... perhaps they moved the Super Bowl back a week ?

   "2. Date and Contest Period: The weekend before the NFL Super Bowl.
   Begins 1900 UTC Saturday, ends 0400 UTC Monday (January 24-26, 2004). "

I think Jan 24-26 is the date as the Super Bowl is Feb 1.

I do have some committments on Sat afternoon (Jan 24) but other than that I
will be on from the home station EN34iu on 6m thru 2304.   If the weather
is halfway decent, and if I get my 10 GHz stuff back together in time, I
may go out Sunday afternoon and activate a couple of local grids on 10 GHz.
I had hoped to have my 3456 running by then but opted to get my second 10
GHz unit working instead .... 3456 will come later.
