My understanding is that the QST date is a misprint. The way that the
calendar worked for this years superbowl it falls on Feb1. (This is what
cased the problem with the schedule since the rules for the Jan contest saw
the weekend before the Super Bowl.)

I think that I will follow the rules vs.the information in QST.  :-)
