[NLRS] 10GHz weekend 1 score

I'm pleasantly surprised.  Even running crippled at the +10dBm level, I 
managed to make 21703 points.  Like everyone else that is down from last 
year, however, that is still my second best score and there's still the 
second weekend to go.

Thanks again to all who really had to struggle to copy me.

A new amp is on the way from DEMI and Gary, W0GHZ, has given me some 
excellent tips on common Qualcomm amp PSU problems.  So, hopefuly I can 
resurrect the broken amp and use that as my spare!

Maybe the contest ISN'T too short for QRP!!!
