[NLRS] Quick little W9FZ 10GHz report...

Wow!

Did I have unrealistic expectations? Yes.
Did I have an unreasonable plan? Yes.

Did I still make a boatload of Q's and have some fun? Yes.

So, I'm not going to spend much negativity on my unrealistic
expectations that were not met.

It was cold and windy. I got "windburn" both days. I'm proud of the
more difficult QSO's.

I'm awed at the fortitude shown by VE3KRP, VE4MA, K0KFC, and K0AWU for
how much time they invested in the weekend. I was thrilled to work them
when we (on our end) finally made a good effort. Yes, we completed with
the Whitefish Point operators too: K2YAZ, NN9X, WB9SPT, and K3SIW.
Again, thrilling.

I'll be ready for some more RF by September :-)

Will we go back to Superior? I hope so--but with a different plan and
with different goals. But we've got a year to work on that.

I have to go fly a trip but will have some numbers upon my return.

I'd love to have someone run the grid combinations through BD2000 and
publish the "standardized" distances so that, for those of us who choose
to use them, we'll be in agreement.

Further, I'd love to hear a recap of the computer/excel logging options
for the 10GHz contest.

I may use Excel but just as a spreadsheet that adds up the "standardized
distances" that I put in the distance cell. Thoughts?
