[NLRS] N0DQS/r UHF contest

Sorry for not getting my final plans in but was not sure I was going to make
the test this weekend. As of now it looks good. My schedule is not as
precise as everyone else's but here it is.

EN02/03 SD
EN12/13/22/23 IA
EN33/32 and 22/23 again if needed
Take a break near Algona
EN22/21/32/31
EN20/30 if time allows ( if I don't take too long of a break
I will be on 222.120 and 432.120 and 1296.120 as much as activity allows.
Above that I will be on the call freq.

I will have 222 thru 24 ghz and light if I run into someone else with it.
