[NLRS] RoverMania on the NLRS Web Site

By now, unless you have been hiding under a rock, you have probably seen 
Rich's postings about the RoverMania spreadsheet that he worked up. 
Heck, I've been totally buried under work, and I still saw them!

I have posted the latest available version of this on the NLRS web site, 
and will make any updates to the web site that I receive in time.  (Hey, 
I plan to be far from home at the start of the contest, and won't be 
uploading any web pages over my cell phone at 28 Kbps, even if I *do* 
get a connection out in the boonies!)
