[NLRS] DEMI 10GHz transverter concern

I noticed a similar thing with the 5760 transverter while I was testing the
NEC TWT amplifiers.  In the receive only position, I had a few milliwatts of
output from the TWT. When I switched on the transmitter with no 144 drive,
the TWT output jumped to about 80 milliwatts.  With 144 drive (CW or SSB)
the TWT power jumped to 15 to 19 watts.  There appeared to be no spurious
output when in SSB or CW.

This probably a common occurrence with all of the Down East transverters.
