NLRS'ers

This maybe a Twin City FM Club meeting that many of you will want to attend
(see below). It will be a good primer to Barry's VE4MA upcoming
presentation on the same issue at Aurora '04. Gary Box is a highly charge
and motivated engineer that is staunch and ardent opponent of BPL. During
the time that I was submitting my multipage response to the FCC on this
subject I came across Gary's dissertations. Between his initial submissions
and war like responses to the BPL industry attacking him, he made in excess
of 9 submissions exposing their unscientific marketing rhetoric.

BPL - Do You Really Understand It?
Program highlights for April 13th meeting

BPL has become one of the most important issues facing ham radio, today. We'
ve all heard about the horrific noise problems that we may be facing on the
HF bands. We've written the FCC, and donated to the League. But, do you
really understand what BPL is, and how it works? If not, you absolutely don'
t want to miss Gary Box, NJCG's fact-filled presentation at the April
meeting of the Twin City FM Club. As a Power Engineer, and a ham, Gary is in
a unique position to explain what BPL is really all about.

As usual, the meeting will be held at the Golden Valley Police and Safety
Center on Tuesday, April 13th. Come at 7:00pm to ragchew. The meeting will
