[NLRS] States Above March Results

Here is the updated States Above standings through March.   It looks like
nearly a dead heat between K0AWU and W0GHZ for NLRS top honors .... but
then again there is still three full months of operating time still left
including the late Spring, early Summer E's season and the June VHF
contest.    Get on, operate, work 30 or more states/provinces, send your
paperwork into Bruce in July, and receive some nice wall paper for your
shack .... I'll bring a copy of mine from last season to Au'04 for all to
ohh and ahh over.

The States Above operating event is sponsored by the CSVHF Society for the
purpose of promoting activity on the bands above 50 MHz.  The operating
event runs from 0001 July 1 2003 to 2359 UTC June 30, 2004.  QSL cards are
