[NLRS] 1296 omnis

Hi Gang,

The question was really specific.  It didn't ask your opinion of omnis.  Sometime
the op doesn't have any choice because of constraints.  I know Matt's
situation.  This is a fellow that regularly wins the category he enters.
He knows the value of gain antennas but when you can't fit
a 20 foot boom in the space you have then what good is it.
