With Valentine'ss Day behind us, its time to think about work new states
again !    Send me your updated totals by Friday, Feb 28, noon, and I will
update and repost these standings.   Don't forget that Canadian Provinces
count like States.

The objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to promote activity
in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus provinces, submit
your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just before Central
States), and receive a nice looking certificate.   Full rules & forms for
