Hi Rusty.
Bud Patten, W0LCP, has been looking at options for embroidery patches with
our club logo. Buds email address is [email protected] .
Perhaps you and Bud can compare notes and make some suggestions for us.
Please drop Bud a note on this.
Regarding brochures, its a great idea. The down side is that we are not
(purposely) a well funded club and we would need to look at the cost of the
total program. Because of the cost, we would need to raise this
questions during our NLRS business meeting at Aurora'03. My suggestion
for you is to put together a proposal and present it then and the club can
vote it up or down.

Greetings to All Northern Lighters,
What do you all think of having an embroidery patch
made up with our wonderful new logo? The cost would be
minimal, with a minimum order of 10 the cost would be
7 to 10 dollars. I would buy one what about you?
The other idea that came from Lenny (k0SHF) was to
produce a vhf/UHF and up tri-fold brochure to hand out
to that peace officer or group of inquisitive teens
when you are out 10 gigin! I would volunteer to help
Lenny produce it and the printing cost would be
between 2 and 5 cents per brochureWhat are your
thoughts?
