[NLRS] Help me identify these antenna bands

Scott,

your antenna number 1 looks like a Tonna (F9FT) 23 cms yagi.

For antenna number 2, it would be easier to tell if you gave the 
dimensions of the driven element rathar than one of the parasitic loops.
A loop yagi basically uses full wavelength loops, similar to a cubical 
quad.  From the picture you have, the radius is about 1.25 inches so its 
circumference is around 7.85 inches.  That's around 20 cm.  Given that I'm 
just estimating from the picture, I would suspect that it too is for 
23cms.
