'Morning Scott.
The yagi looks like a Tonna (F9T ?) 1296 antenna... and appears to be
missing the reflector element. A workable reflector could be made by
making it 5% longer than the driven element. The difficult part is coming
up with a standoff to mount it on. It won't be perfect, but the antenna
will work. Treat the standoffs carefully... they were the weak point of
that antenna.
The loop is one element of a loop yagi... but I can't figure out what
frequency its for. The loopers are 1-lamda loops (driven element), and
that measures about 7.8" for the one in the picture. THAT doesn't fall
anywhere near a ham band... I make it to be about 1500 MHz. BUT, its NOT
the driven element... if its the reflector, its 5% too big, which brings it
up to maybe 1600 MHz; If its a director (the last one ?) the its maybe 7%
too small, and in that case it should be around 1450 MHz. Bottom line...
don't know. The antenna can be swept, and resonance determined from that.
Good luck
