LOCKPORT - Vacant buildings in Lockport and Cambria could be crashing
to the ground soon, thanks to funding from the Niagara County
Brownfield Development Corp.

The county agency, using its supply of funding from the federal
government, has awarded $400,000 to Cambria and $200,000 to Lockport
for cleanup and demolitions of some long-running eyesores.

Lockport Air Force Station, a radar control facility for the long-
defunct Nike Missile base, may be bulldozed.
