Jon,

Do you have Adobe Reader installed on your machine?  Did you try *right*
clicking to download the file, then opening it in Adobe Reader rather
than left-clicking to open in your browser? 

Have you paid your dues? If you are delinquent for 2008, you won't be
able to open the Newsletter after January 1st... 

Just kidding on the last one!
