All TV's manufactured after March 1, 2007 must include a digital tuner.
So, if this your case, you should be able to receive these digital
channels now with an antenna. Note, that retailers are still able to sell
off their existing stock of TV's with analog tuners even after this March
1, 2007 date. So, even if you have a late model cable ready TV, it
doesn't mean you have a digital tuner. Big TV prices are dropping fast,
because most retailers and wholesalers want to get rid of all their TV's
with just analog tuners.

Existing TV antennas, rabbit ears(if you're reasonably close to the
transmitter) still should work fine. No bells or whistles are necessary
with the "box".
