[NJARC] Capacitors

Bob, see nostalgia air;  http://www.nostalgiaair.org/References/Articles/TheFlash/Flash01.htm for information about replacing Ballast tube with capacitors.. These must be non polarized or 'AC' capacitors.  Ballast tubes are still available and provide a tap for dial lamps so you'll lose that feature if you eliminate it.  Nick Senker
