Joe,

Check the Triplett web site. http://www.triplett.com/sup/sup_faq.htm .

The site says:

/Model 60NA, 630/630A, 630NA/NS/PL/PLK/APL/APLK, 30 Volt./ Eveready #413
is stocked by many industrial electronics supply houses, or can be
purchased from Triplett as part number 37-19.

I found a web-based battery seller that has them at a price of $9.86.
The three 9v batteries is series method sounds like the way to go.

I used a 9 volt battery. You lose the accuracy on the highest ohm range,
but at least it sort of works.
