[NJARC] Navy receiver

I've seen them from time to time.  It's a morale receiver, probably an 
early one that was essentially a commercial set sold for travellers and 
explorers that the military contracted for early on.  All the real radio 
manufacturers were making vital electronics gear so these non-electronic 
guys were given contracts for routine stuff that would not be difficult 
to make or a big loss if they screwed up.  Not too rare a find unless 
you collect this kind of stuff.
