[NCARC] Help with MCS2000 Mobiles

I'm seeking help programming a couple of recently acquired Motorola MCS2000
UHF mobiles.  In spite of having what should be good programming software
and a shiny new cable, the radios simply won't talk to my computers.
Unfortunately I don't have any "known good" radios to test the cable on.
It's unknown which version of software last touched the radios.

 

Please contact me if you can offer assistance.  My goal is to program the
radios up on some 440 and GMRS channels.
