Hi NCARC, I have gotten the ICOM vs-3 blue tooth head set. My first issue is: The ear phones came without foam pads. The pads were in the package and so far I haven't been able to install the pads on the ear phones. I would appreciate any suggestion or help that someone could handle. -- Kerry N0WIQ
