[NCARC] Correction to HAMCON announcement

Hi all-

Ron Klein just called and spotted the need for a correction in the message I
sent out earlier on HAMCON.  Riley Hollingsworth, K4ZDH (FCC Special
Counsel) won't be able to attend HAMCON due to a prior commitment.  The
guest speaker is planned to be Jim Haynie, W5JBP, President, ARRL.  See
www.hamconcolorado.org for more information.  According to Ron, Jim is a
very good speaker.
