Tyler Trujillo

Tyler Nicholas Trujillo (TNT), KC0GGF, completed his 18-year mission 
with us and began his new assignment on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2003.

He was born in Denver on Sept. 4, 1984, and moved to Fort Collins in 
1987. He attended Lopez Elementary, Webber Junior High and was a senior 
at Rocky Mountain High School.

During this time he developed a love for family and friends and also an 
interest in fishing, camping, Ham radio, puppies, potato cannons, Hugo 
the catapult, rockets, cars, motorcycles, rocket cars, rocket boats, 
firecrackers, flashlights, music, camping, fishing, Web sites for lost 
souls, violin, yo-yos, fiddle, fireworks, mouse-trap cars, pinewood 
derby, Jesus, calculators, slide rules, telescopes, cameras, astronomy, 
photography, astrophotography, paint-ball guns, blow guns, super gun, 
Dennis Hopper, Stanley Kubrick and things that go boom in general.

Did I mention fishing and camping? His favorite day was Saturday, at 
home, in his pajamas, eating.

Tyler loved his sisters, Leslie, 21, and Halley, 16. He loved his Nana, 
Frances Blount, with whom he had lunch almost every day. He leaves 
behind his Grandpa and Grandma Trujillo, Uncle Doug and Aunt Sharon, 
Uncle Keith, Godmother LeeAnn, Gary, Laura and Anna Spoer, Aunt Frances, 
Aunt Barb, Aunt Ruth, uncles, cousins and many special friends.

He was preceded in death by his Papa Blount and best buddies, 
Rottweilers Gertrude and Sophia.

He will be missed by everyone who knew him, especially his mother, Joyce 
Trujillo, and his father, Michael Trujillo. Happy Trails Ty-Guy, until 
we meet again.

A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Friday, and a memorial will be at noon 
Saturday at Blessed John XXIII University Center, 1220 University Ave. 
Bring memories to share. Fr. Donald C. Willette and Fr. Bert Chilson 
will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rocky Mountain High 
School Music and Drama Boosters' Chairs or the Northern Colorado Amateur 
Radio Club in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Fort 
Collins, CO 80524.
