[MVMA] Just heard back from my contact at Winsupply

I think your words are good, as is.

If you change anything,  I'm thinking you "could" loosen up on the
"non-commercial" part.  In a real emergency, we could support "commercial
entities", particularly utilities (AES, Center Point), hospitals, medical
practices, boarding kennels, food stores, etc. I believe there are many
commercial activities that we count on to provide critical support in an
emergency, that would be properly deserving of MVMA support, vs. many
non-profit organizations which, despite their chartered purpose, exist
primarily to provide high salaries for their directors and employees.
