MVMA:
Steve left a VM yesterday and mentioned that communications with
WinSupply are 'moving up the chain-of-command'.
:-)
About the only item I want to include in 'our mission' is
we are not governed by any government or other similar entity.
Ex. FEMA, Amateur Radio Emergency Service, American Red Cross,...
IOW, we can act at anytime. We can 'self deploy' or 'self activate'.
We only wait to be 'invited' by a community service entity. ;-)
( I try to avoid the use of the words 'emergency' and 'disaster'.)
;-)
How does 'Any non-commercial community-support group's communication
outage' sound?
I/we intend to support community service entities,
especially if there is a 'need for' or 'loss of' communication.
e.g. Public Service event, telephone or internet service outage.
Please feel free to edit that statement.
73, Chuck
