[MVMA] Scott N8VSI added to mesh-map

Thank you for the terminology correction.  I have a lot to learn, clearly!

I'll try to make a meet-up soon.  In the meantime, any suggestions on where
to start in getting set up on the network?  I'm looking for any help at all.
