  Okay, I will re-phrase.

  I read that you want to '*increase the throughput*' an existing *solid 
link* and this desire is *priority one* ("at the earliest weather 
opportunity").

*1) ping time*:
I read that a 7 ms latency can be improved with an increase in SNR/MCS 
and this improvement in latency is worth consuming a weather opportunity 
day.
