Chuck, since 100% LQ is your Holy Grail, let me note it is at times <100% at MVHS NSM5.

LQ/NLQ is not really a good indicator of the
performance you will get over a channel/link.  The LQ/NLQ is
determined based on UDP broadcast packets.  This means they are always
transmitted at slowest link rate, typically 1Mbps and do not use
CTS/RTS protocols to clear the channel and ensure delivery, like a
video or voip stream would use.

There are 2 data points to measure a quality link or path A to B
across a mesh network:

1) the latency is low -- which is significant for VOIP
2) the throughput is maximized or great

LQ/NLQ isn't a good measure of ether of these.  To measure the
performance, use the following, to respectively test improvements when
changes are made:

1)  ping time
2)  iperf throughput.
