[MVMA] 2018-09-10 and future plans

We’ve paid for replacement Bullet/Filter/Omni for
KAS and Vandalia. Let’s ask Tim to professionally
assemble, cable, and test them. Then get them up!

We’ve paid for five AGM5 XW (airGrid) models for
the purpose of linking. If we’re going to link
sites with non-2.4 GHz we need to use these first
…unless someone wants to pay the MVMA for them.

They may be SISO, but except for a few MIMO
Nanostations, we ARE a "boat anchor" SISO mesh.
We proudly provide SISO annually at Hamvention.
Other Ohio groups have followed our SISO lead.

It’s not the best or newest, but it works. Our
problems are NOT that it’s SISO. We _must_
demonstrate financial responsibility for the
grant money we've now [mostly] spent by not
abandoning investments we’ve lost interest in
to spend what’s left on the "new and shiny."

I do agree we need to purge our presentations and
web presence of anything that might encourage new
meshers to buy Bullets, airGrids, or airRouters.
This is doing them a disservice.
