...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL KENT AND CENTRAL
CECIL COUNTIES...

At 214 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Havre De Grace,
moving southeast at 10 mph.

Although this storm is not expected to stay over Harford County and
the Bay for the next half hour, a gust front producing wind gusts up
to 45 mph are possible several miles away from the main core of this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
North East, Charlestown, Betterton, Cayots, Farmington, Hollywood
Beach, Woodlawn and Perryville.

This includes Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 92 and
99.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
